INTERNATIONAL MANIFESTORS MASTERING ENERGY
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, TCM, the Wood Element is
comprised of the Liver and Gallbladder Meridians. The Wood
Element is resonant with the Spring season.
Just as the Spring has lots of Wind, the Wood Element's stressemotions are about being emotionally blustery, expressed in
frustration and anger, at worst!
And, Wood governs the tendons and ligaments as well as
flexibility. When we hear the word flexibility we often think of
physical flexibility. But, it is even more important to be mentally
and emotionally flexible, as it is our thoughts that settle into our
bodies and become form. Literally, our thoughts shape our body!
So, it's especially beneficial in this season to think creatively, and
reconnect inward to muster some empathy, especially when
tempted to argue.
